This page explains the terms of use of Links.Karkey.in, the user when using the shortener site is conditioned to the acceptance of the terms and conditions of use.

Conditions of use

The site is available for access to all users without age or country restrictions and therefore you need to agree with the conditions of use when using our services.

In order to provide a secure service for users it is not allowed to create Links.Karkey.in that redirect to URLs that have:

• Content that spreads phishing, malware or viruses
• Pornographic, sexual, violent or prejudiced content
• Content related to drugs, weapons or drinks
• Any content that may infringe on the rights of others
• Disgusting, explicit or disgusting content that causes any kind of discomfort to other users
• Content to collect data and personal information from users

By using the site's services, you agree not to:

1. Place shortened links on websites containing content that may be threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or contain software that may cause damage to the viewer or the site's server.
2. Shorten URLs that redirect to websites containing the above-mentioned content.
3. Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including but not limited to copyright content, child pornography, threatening, defaming, stalking, abuse, harassing or violating any person's or entity's legal rights.
4. Offer an incentive or beg a visitor to click on your shortened links.
5. Spam any website, forum or blog with the site's links.
6. Bring fake/automated traffic of any kind to your links. This will get your account terminated automatically by our system. Manipulation of our system to gain views is also not allowed. This includes iframes, redirects, bots, proxies, traffic exchange, PTC traffic, hitleap, jingling, etc...
7. Automatically redirect to your shortened URL from a website. The viewer must click on the link him/herself.
8. Open your shortened URLs using an iframe or popups/popunder.
9. Click on your own shortened URLs to generate revenue. We reserve the right to not pay for the revenue generated.
10. Create 'redirect loops' with Links.Karkey.in URLs or similar services to generate revenue.
11. Transmit files that contain viruses, spyware, adware, trojans or other harmful code.
12. Interfere with other publishers that are using the site's services.
13. Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is allowed.
14. Abuse from the contact system such as sending messages regarding payments before due dates, threatening to change service and/or providing false or incomplete data.
15. Advertise Links.Karkey.in on traffic exchange and PTC websites.

Every link created is verified by our team, if we notice any kind of abusive behavior that violates our terms of service in shortening links, they will be deleted without notice. Shortened links that do not receive clicks will also be deleted.
